《笠》詩刊編輯，輔仁大學比較文學與跨文化研究博士，研究領域為1930年代東亞文學。2010年出版碩士論文《跨領域改編：《寒夜三部曲》與其電視劇研究》，2021年以《織接與印象派：劉吶鷗電影/藝術理論接收與創作之比較詮解》（Montage and Impressionism：A Comparative Study of Liu Na'ou's Reception of Film/Art Theory and His Creative Works）獲博士學位。

在李魁賢教授指導之下，加入「詩子會」，從2014開始發表詩作於《笠詩刊》。已出版8本詩集《生命佇留的，城與城》（2016年）、《夏荷時節》（2017年）、《淡水Tamsui：楊淇竹漢英西三語詩集》（2018）、《別離只為重逢》（2019）、《冬日，在俳句內外徘徊》（2020）、《森》（2021）、《母親與聲音》（2022）、《海洋鄉愁》（2024）。

曾經參加2014年智利第10屆【詩人軌跡】詩會，2016-2022年淡水福爾摩莎國際詩歌節，以及2017年祕魯第18屆柳葉黑野櫻、巴列霍及其土地國際詩歌節。2018年9月榮獲祕魯第18屆柳葉黑野櫻、巴耶霍及其土地獎：清晨之星（Estrella Matutina）獎狀及獎牌。

YANG Chi-chu, born in Taiwan, a poet, critic and editor, holds Ph.D. in Comparative Literature.  She has published 8 poetry books, such as Tamsui in 2018, Farewell for Reunion in 2019 and Winter, Strolled on the Haiku in 2020. She participated 2014 “Tras las Huellas del Poeta” International poetry meeting in Chile, Formosa International Poetry Festival in Tamsui, Taiwan, from 2016 to 2022, and 2017 Capulí Vallejo y Su Tierra in Peru.
